HARBOX is operated by HARBOX Pty Ltd ("HARBOX", "we", "us", or "our"). HARBOX is an independent educational platform that organises publicly available Australian Government visa pathway information into structured educational reports. By accessing or using HARBOX, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
2. Educational Information Only — Not Immigration Advice
HARBOX provides educational information only. Nothing on this platform is immigration advice, legal advice, or a professional assessment of your visa eligibility. HARBOX does not provide visa application services and is not a registered migration agent.
All Pathway Reports, alignment indicators, criteria comparisons, and other outputs generated by HARBOX are:
- Based solely on the information you provide through the questionnaire
- Compared against publicly available published criteria from the Australian Department of Home Affairs
- For educational and informational purposes only
- Not a determination of your visa eligibility
- Not a prediction or guarantee of any visa outcome
- Not a substitute for professional immigration advice
No Professional Relationship
Using HARBOX, receiving a Pathway Report, or contacting HARBOX support does not create a lawyer-client relationship, migration agent-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship between you and HARBOX. HARBOX is an educational platform only.
For advice specific to your personal circumstances, you should consult a MARA-registered migration agent or a qualified Australian immigration lawyer. You can find registered agents at mara.gov.au.
3. No Government Affiliation
HARBOX is an independent private platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), or any other government body. All visa criteria referenced on this platform are sourced from publicly available information on homeaffairs.gov.au.
4. User Responsibilities
Truthful Responses
You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information in the questionnaire. HARBOX's educational outputs are only as reliable as the information you provide. HARBOX accepts no liability for outputs generated from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses.
Verify Current Criteria
Immigration criteria, occupation lists, processing times, fees, and requirements change regularly. You must independently verify all criteria at homeaffairs.gov.au before making any immigration decision. HARBOX's information may not reflect the most current government requirements.
No Reliance for Immigration Decisions
You must not rely solely on HARBOX outputs when making any immigration, legal, or financial decision. HARBOX is a starting point for understanding published criteria — not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Acceptable Use
You must not use HARBOX to: impersonate another person; submit false information; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform; circumvent any security measures; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Payment and Refund Terms
What You Are Purchasing
The Full Pathway Report is a one-time payment for access to an educational document only. You are purchasing an educational report — not immigration advice, not a visa application service, and not a professional assessment. Purchasing a Pathway Report does not create any professional relationship between you and HARBOX.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Pricing
The current price for the Full Pathway Report is AUD $49.90 (one-time, no subscription). Pricing may change without notice. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you also agree to that processor's terms and conditions. HARBOX does not store full payment card details.
Refund Policy
Because the Full Pathway Report is a digital educational document delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once the report has been generated and accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your report, please contact us at support@harbox.com.au within 7 days and we will investigate in good faith.
6. Marketplace and Professional Listings
HARBOX may provide a marketplace where MARA-registered migration agents and immigration lawyers can list their professional profiles ("Marketplace").
- Registration status of listed professionals is checked against publicly available records at the time of onboarding only. HARBOX does not continuously monitor or guarantee the ongoing registration status of any listed professional.
- Users should independently confirm a professional's current MARA registration at mara.gov.au before engaging them.
- HARBOX does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any professional listed on the Marketplace.
- Any engagement with a listed professional is a private matter between you and that professional. HARBOX is not a party to any such engagement.
- HARBOX does not receive referral fees or commissions from listed professionals for user introductions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, HARBOX and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: reliance on educational outputs for immigration decisions; inaccurate results due to incorrect information provided; changes to government criteria after report generation; or the conduct of any Marketplace professional.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
8. Support and Contact
HARBOX support is available for questions about the platform, your account, and your purchase. Support does not constitute immigration advice and HARBOX support staff are not migration agents or immigration lawyers. For immigration advice, consult a MARA-registered agent at mara.gov.au.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including the HARBOX name, design, educational reports, and underlying technology, is the property of HARBOX Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our express written consent. Your Pathway Report is licensed to you for personal use only.
10. Termination and Suspension
HARBOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to others or to HARBOX. We will endeavour to provide notice where reasonably practicable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
